today, so that makes my day a little brighter :)
today is the opening day for the royals, we got tickets to go in a few weeks and i hope its not raining on our game day. we are going on t-shirt tuesday, woohoo for free t-shirts. haha! i hope they have a better season this year, maybe the new improvements made at the stadium will bring them some luck.
i think my husband is having sports withdrawals since his U of L cards lost in the ncaa tourney. we have the chiefs draft party in a couple weeks so that should hold him over for... oh a day or so. we aren't that into baseball, we go on occassion, but it just doesn't have the excitement as football, basketball, and nascar. i am looking forward to my hotdog and nachos though!
what i am really excited about is our trip to KY next weekend, that's right, we are going back to KY to go to KEENELAND!! woo hoo, i can't wait!
if you want excitement, try attending a horse race. it's one of things i miss most about being in KY aside from family of course.

Keeneland has had a good start thus far as far as the weekend weather is concerned. I hope next weekend is nice as well! Have fun and good luck.
